You can make SuperLine calls from telephones that are provided by cable companies, however the procedure for making cable calls through SuperLine is slightly different from making the same calls through a BT phone.
The CableAccess service should be used as follows:
1. Dial 0800 692 1461 from your cable line handset. If access is granted successfully then you will hear a second dial tone (which sounds a bit like the BT number unobtainable tone i.e. a continuous 'flat' tone!).
2. When you hear this second tone, dial your target national, UK mobile, or international number using the full dialling code, e.g. 001XXX for the US. Do not at any time dial in the SuperLine 1461 prefix.
3. Your call will then ring and connect as normal.
