If your account balance is greater than £10, then the total amount will be debited from your credit card. This process will be repeated each week. If the total is less than £10 after one continuous month, you will then be debited the full outstanding amount.
If payment is by Direct Debit: A bill will be raised for the total amount due for calls made during the month on the last day of each month. This will be submitted to your designated bank for payment on the 10th of the month following.

The cost of an international call is highly dependent on the degree of liberalization in the telecommunications sector of the country being called. In many countries the telecommunications market has not been opened up for competition. In these countries the main operator has little or no competition and therefore it costs more to call into them as compared to more liberalised countries (example: USA or the Netherlands). In general call rates are not distant dependent, but are determined by a mix of specific country regulatory and market factors.

Calling international mobile phones is usually more expensive than calls to international fixed line phones. Prices for calls to both fixed and mobile phones are listed on the "Price List" page of this website.

The AutoDialler is designed for telephone usage. We advise that you do not plug your computer into the AutoDialler as we cannot guarantee the cheapest route for Internet calls.

To check that your AutoDialler is working correctly just call 0207 392 2033 and the recorded message will advise you if the call has been routed over SuperLine or your main line provider.

SuperLine will accept calls using either of the two dial prefixes, but only when dialled manually, as the dialler is set to route any call starting with the digit '1' through BT.
To make a manual call using either of these codes you should dial as follows:-
- 141 or 1470 (to hide / reveal your phone number as required), then
- 1461 to pass the call to SuperLine, then
- the full number you require
E.g. (1): To hide your telephone number from a person you wish to call in USA on the number +12345678900, you would dial 14114610012345678900.
E.g. (2): To reveal your number which is normally blocked to a number in the UK 01234567890 you would dial 1470146101234567890.
