Mobile access
SuperLine's cheap calls

How it works:

1. Register with SuperLine.
2. Send us an email requesting "Mobile Access".
3. We will send you an email with the Mobile Access  number and instructions.
4. Call the Mobile Access Gateway from your mobile, the call will be answered by a tone, then dial international destination number.
5. Your call is connected, talk as normal!
6. Within 15 minutes of ending the call you can check the cost of the call on your personal SuperLine Web page.

Example of cheap mobile call:

• Dial the Mobile Access Gateway Number 0207 XXX XXX
• Hear the tone (it sounds like the BT unobtainable number tone)
• Dial the  international number (e.g. to the USA) 001 212 123 4567

The cost for SuperLine Mobile Access calls is made up of two elements:

1. A mobile call to our Gateway
2. A SuperLine call to your international destination

For example, if a call to a UK landline from your mobile costs 10p per minute a 10 minute call to the US would cost:

1. Mobile call to our Gateway: 10 min X 10p=100p
2. SuperLine call to the US: 10 min X 2.5p=25p
3. Total cost for a 10 minute call to the US=125p

This service is available to all SuperLine users on request (subject to account status).

To enable your account for mobile calls simply click here to send us an e-mail stating your account number and your chosen mobile number

Please note that you will be charged for the 0207 call by your mobile operator for the full duration of the call, (including the time you are connected through SuperLine).  Calls to our 0207 access number MAY be covered by any free inclusive minutes within your calling plan / tariff*, but please check your contract.
